By accessing or using MovieMaker ("the Service"), operated by AI Experiments ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
MovieMaker is an AI-powered film production platform that enables users to write screenplays, generate consistent AI characters, create visual scenes, and produce short films. The Service uses third-party AI models including but not limited to image generation, video synthesis, voice synthesis, and music composition.
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated outputs may vary in quality and are subject to the capabilities and limitations of the underlying models. We do not guarantee specific results.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Your Inputs: You retain ownership of all original content you provide to the Service, including screenplays, character descriptions, prompts, and uploaded reference materials.
AI-Generated Outputs: Subject to your active subscription and compliance with these terms, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display AI-generated content created through the Service for both personal and commercial purposes.
Platform License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in to such a program.
No Exclusivity: AI models may generate similar or identical outputs for different users given similar inputs. We cannot guarantee the uniqueness of any AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan selected.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Usage-based charges (such as rendering credits) are consumed as used and are non-transferable between billing periods unless otherwise specified by your plan.
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers, payment processors, and infrastructure services. Your use of the Service may be subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, free from bias, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use or distribution.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR REPUTATION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Experiments and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Content you have already exported or downloaded remains subject to the license granted under Section 4.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
